### 💼 About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain process.

You will work directly with the founder and manage inventory planning, production coordination, international shipments, inspections, landed cost optimization, and import compliance across the US, UK, and EU.

### 🕒 Working Conditions:

✔️ Type: Part-time, Freelance (B2B)

✔️ Working hours: approximately 20 hours per week

✔️ Time zone: Between 8:00–17:00 GMT, flexible within this window

### 🧠 Requirements:

* 🔹 2+ years of experience in supply chain, import, logistics, operations, or a similar role.
* 🔹 Hands-on experience importing products from China.
* 🔹 Experience managing shipments from China to the US and EU.
* 🔹 Experience with Amazon FBA logistics and Seller Central.
* 🔹 Knowledge of US and EU product compliance and import procedures.
* 🔹 Strong understanding of international freight, customs clearance, import documentation, Incoterms, duties, and tariffs.
* 🔹 Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, and reorder planning.
* 🔹 Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
* 🔹 Good English communication skills.
* 🔹 Ability to work independently and take ownership of problems from start to finish.

### 🎯 Responsibilities:

* 🔸 Plan inventory, forecast demand, and monitor stock levels across Amazon FBA, 3PL warehouses, and future sales channels.
* 🔸 Coordinate production, purchase orders, samples, timelines, and communication with suppliers in China, ensuring compliance with approved product and packaging specifications.
* 🔸 Organize international shipments from China to the US, UK, and EU, working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, inspection agencies, and warehouses.
* 🔸 Optimize shipping methods, landed costs, lead times, and Amazon FBA placement-related costs.
* 🔸 Investigate shipment issues, including incorrect placement fees, late deliveries, missing units, and proof of delivery documentation.
* 🔸 Compare and test logistics solutions, including freight forwarders, AGL, AWD, and 3PL providers.
* 🔸 Prepare and review import documentation and support customs compliance, including HS/HTS classification, duties, tariffs, Importer of Record setup, and market-specific requirements.
* 🔸 Support US and EU product compliance, including CPSC/CPSIA, CPC, eFiling, and requirements for entering new markets.
* 🔸 Organize product inspections and build clear SOPs, trackers, and reporting systems for inventory, shipments, quality, and compliance.

### ⭐️ Strong Advantages:

* 🔹 Knowledge of US import compliance, CPSC/CPSIA, CPC/GCC, eFiling, HTS codes, and Importer of Record responsibilities.
* 🔹 Experience with consumer products, Home & Kitchen products, food-contact products, or children’s products.
* 🔹 Experience managing product compliance documentation and working with testing laboratories.
* 🔹 Experience building supply chain processes within a growing e-commerce company.
