Our Story
Back in 2015, my husband Pavel Khazanov and I launched our first product on Amazon, taking on roles from advertising to customer service. As our business grew, so did the workload, leading us to seek additional help. We wanted someone who could wear multiple hats – a bit of a generalist.
Trying to save some pennies, we decided to take on the hiring ourselves. However, this resulted in wasted time and resources. Our first hire waved goodbye after just a quarter of a year, leaving us with a cocktail of lost time, money, and a bunch of headaches.
We kept trying, but by the end of 2018, it was obvious. My husband was drowning in work. Managing ads for 20 products, troubleshooting account problems, and handling late-night calls with Amazon – we were no longer steering the ship; it was steering us. Our dreams of branching out and getting some much-needed downtime seemed like a distant dream.
That’s when the lightbulb moment happened – we needed to up our hiring game.
I dedicated myself to mastering recruitment, initially spending countless hours poring over resumes on job sites. Deciding who to turn down and who to move forward with in the hiring process was challenging. However, after three to four months of diligent learning and practical experience, we successfully onboarded our first set of employees, including a PPC Specialist, a Customer Service Manager, a Facebook Ad Expert, and an eBay Store Manager.

2019 marked our expansion phase. My husband and his partners opened a marketing agency in Israel for Amazon sellers, and the team of the agency ballooned from three to thirty with my help over two years. During this time, I also began freelancing, helping other Amazon entrepreneurs with their hiring needs.
Meanwhile, the team for our own Amazon Private Label business grew as well, adding an Amazon Account Manager, PPC Specialists, a Graphic Designer, a Copywriter, and an SMM Manager, strengthening our operations and brand presence both on and off Amazon.
In May 2021, “Talents Boutique,” our dedicated recruiting agency, was established with the goal of connecting entrepreneurs with the right job seekers.
Our mission was simple: to help businesses grow and candidates find their dream jobs while enhancing their skills. This endeavor was all about fostering mutual growth and success.
We were now serving a global audience, spanning the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Over the years, we have built a strong candidate database of more than 15,000 vetted e-commerce professionals, ready to drive business growth and innovation. Proudly, we have a team capable of conducting interviews in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, with a deep understanding of Amazon professions and other e-commerce platforms.
