In addition, each step of the process can be adapted to your internal hiring workflow, so you stay in control while we do the heavy lifting.

We stand behind every e-commerce hire we make. If a candidate does not meet your expectations or leaves the role during the agreed guarantee period, we will replace them free of charge.

Depending on the position and cooperation terms, our guarantee period usually ranges from 1 to 6 months. During this time, we search for a suitable replacement candidate and guide you through the recruitment process again.

Yes, we do. We offer risk-free recruitment terms for your Amazon and e-commerce roles.

If we cannot find a suitable candidate within two months, you can request a refund of the advance payment, excluding any external job posting or advertising costs.

In addition, after we successfully fill your vacancy, we continue the search for 1 to 6 months as part of our guarantee period. This allows us to provide a quick replacement if the hired candidate does not work out for any reason.

Yes, we do. We work with remote, part-time and full-time e-commerce roles, depending on what your business needs.

Most of the positions we fill are remote, especially for Amazon and online retail businesses that build distributed teams across Europe and LATAM. These roles are usually full-time, but we can also support part-time or project-based formats.

In addition, if you need on-site or hybrid e-commerce specialists in specific locations, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis and check our candidate database for a good match.

Our goal is to help you hire the right e-commerce specialist in the format that works best for your company — whether it’s a remote full-time team member or a flexible part-time role.

We specialize in recruiting remote e-commerce professionals from  Europe, the Baltics, Latin America, South Africa and  the USA. These regions are known for:

  • High-quality marketing, operations and Amazon expertise

  • Strong English and experience working with international teams

  • Good time zone overlap with Europe, the UK an the US

  • Competitive salary expectations for long-term cooperation

In addition, our global reach and curated candidate database allow us to match you with people who not only meet your technical requirements, but also fit your work culture, communication style and time zone preferences. This way, you get e-commerce specialists who can integrate smoothly into your remote team.

At Talents Boutique, we understand that time is critical for growing e-commerce businesses.
The duration of the hiring process depends on several factors — including the candidate profile, salary level, and sourcing geography.
On average, we close most roles within 6 weeks from the start of the search.

For urgent hiring needs, our Express Search Package provides access to pre-vetted candidates within 3–5 business days, including time to re-confirm their availability, conduct an internal interview, and schedule a final call with your team.

Yes. We work with a wide range of candidates across Eastern Europe, Latin America, and South Africa, making it easy to build teams that align with US, Canadian, UK, or EU working hours.

Yes. Many clients come to us with only a general idea of what they need.

Our team helps you structure and refine the job description, define key responsibilities, required skills, and seniority level — based on your goals, budget, and team setup.

Yes. At Talents Boutique, our support doesn’t end once a candidate is hired.
In addition to our 1–6 month active guarantee, during which we stay in contact with both sides and provide a free replacement if needed, we also offer practical post-hire support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Upon request, we can provide templates for employment agreements and offer letters, as well as recommend tools for payment systems, time tracking, and task management commonly used in remote e-commerce teams.
We’re also happy to share best practices and onboarding checklists to help you integrate new team members efficiently and build long-term working relationships.

Talents Boutique offers fixed-price recruitment packages for junior and mid-level e-commerce specialists, senior professionals, managers and executive hires. The cost depends on the role’s seniority, search complexity, location and assessment requirements, with the recruitment fee agreed before the search begins.

Each package covers the full recruitment process: candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, evaluation and hiring support. It also includes an active replacement guarantee of 1 to 6 months, depending on the package. During this period, we continue sourcing candidates so that suitable alternatives are available if a replacement becomes necessary under the guarantee terms. Any additional services and costs are agreed separately.

Unlike recruitment fees calculated as a percentage of a candidate’s salary, our fixed fee does not increase when you hire someone with higher salary expectations. This removes the financial incentive to recommend more expensive candidates. Our focus is on finding the best match for your role, business goals and budget.

Start by defining the level of responsibility you need. An Amazon PPC Specialist may handle day-to-day campaign execution, while a Senior PPC Manager manages larger budgets and multiple marketplaces with greater autonomy. A Team Lead coordinates other specialists, and a Head of PPC owns the wider advertising strategy.
Once the level is clear, define the marketplaces, account scope, advertising formats, budgets, business goals and decisions the person will own. During selection, assess hands-on Amazon Ads experience, analytical judgment, understanding of ACoS, TACoS and profitability, and the ability to explain past decisions and results. Use structured interviews, a role-specific technical assignment and reference checks where appropriate, with a qualified Amazon PPC expert reviewing the technical work.

For a detailed breakdown of PPC levels, skills, interview questions and assessment methods, read our guide: How to Hire an Amazon PPC Manager: Skills, Screening, and Selection.

Talents Boutique closes most e-commerce roles within approximately six weeks, although timing depends on the role’s seniority, salary, geography and the speed of client feedback. A remote search across Europe can often move faster because it provides access to a larger talent pool. If the search is limited to a particular country, such as Germany or the Netherlands, or even to a specific city, such as London or Berlin, finding the right candidate may be more complex and take longer.

For example, in one of our recruitment projects, we hired an Amazon PPC Specialist in one month, while a more complex search for a European Marketplace Expert took approximately two months. The candidate’s actual start date may also depend on their notice period.

Look for hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience and the ability to manage listings, inventory, pricing, promotions, account health and performance reporting. Prioritize candidates with experience relevant to your product categories, target marketplaces and business size. Depending on the role, they may also need knowledge of Amazon PPC, product launches, marketplace expansion and profit and loss (P&L) management.

A strong Amazon Account Manager understands how decisions affect both sales and profitability. They should be able to interpret performance data, identify the causes of problems and prioritize actions — for example, addressing declining margins, preventing stockouts or improving underperforming listings.

Ask for specific examples of measurable results, such as sales growth, improved margins, better inventory availability or resolved account health issues. Candidates should explain what they personally managed, why they chose a particular approach and what changed as a result.

Practical AI skills also matter.
Look for someone who can use AI tools to streamline routine processes, create clear task briefs and check completed work against requirements. They should critically evaluate AI-generated content and recommendations, verify accuracy and interpret results in the context of your business. The specialist must remain responsible for the final conclusions and decisions, using AI to support their expertise rather than replace their judgment.

Beyond technical skills, look for clear communication, proactive problem-solving and the ability to coordinate with advertising, creative and supply chain teams. The right person takes ownership of account performance and turns data into a practical action plan.

An in-house specialist is usually the better choice when the function is ongoing, closely connected to other departments and requires day-to-day ownership of the business. Outsourcing can be more practical for a defined project, a temporary skills gap or specialist work that does not justify a permanent position. Compare the full cost and scope of both options: salary, taxes, tools and management time for an employee versus agency fees, deliverables and contract limitations. A hybrid model can also be effective for various types and models of businesses.

We review each candidate’s résumé and actual scope of responsibility, then assess their experience, motivation, communication, soft skills and fit for the role through screening calls and structured interviews. Depending on the position, the process may also include an English check, a role-specific assignment, reference checks and technical evaluation by the client’s subject-matter expert. For example, one Amazon PPC vacancy attracted 106 applications. After screening the candidate pool, we interviewed 11 candidates, presented five to the client and used a technical assignment to identify three finalists before the successful hire.
