🧩 About the role:

This role is about taking full ownership of operations and becoming the right hand to the Founder.

Currently, the Founder manages all operational and coordination processes. The goal of this role is to fully take over this layer — allowing her to focus on growth, sales, and strategy.
We are not looking for someone to follow instructions.
We are looking for someone who will design the flow of the business and own the infrastructure that keeps everything running.
