A founder-led business operating two remote projects – Bravario, an e-commerce / Amazon / operations project, and Challenger, a media / YouTube project – is looking for a strong Project Manager / Chief of Staff.

This person will act as the founder’s right hand in operational management, keeping teams, tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, time tracking, the founder’s calendar, and the overall organizational rhythm under control.

We are looking for a mature, highly structured, and firm person who can manage people, drive accountability, and identify risks before they become problems.
