💼 Role Overview:
As COO, you will report directly to the Owner and oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment, smooth execution, and measurable results. You will:
– Coordinate teams and workflows across marketing, logistics, finance, and product
– Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and report on performance
– Support product launches, ensuring quality and deadlines
– Build and refine scalable systems
– Execute strategic initiatives and prepare for higher leadership responsibility
