Through its flagship brand, Wrappybag, the company has built a strong and recognized market presence across Europe.

Today, the company sells across Amazon EU5 + 3PX and is preparing to launch on Shopify soon. At this stage, the focus remains on the European market, with no plans to expand to other regions.

To support and structure the next phase of growth, NEELO is looking for an experienced Brand Manager with deep Amazon EU expertise who can take ownership of commercial strategy, portfolio performance, P&L optimization, and long-term brand growth.

### ⭐️ About the role

The Brand Manager will not be responsible for day-to-day account management, catalog maintenance, or operational tasks. These areas are handled by the Operations team.

### 🚀 Your Mission

Take ownership of the brand’s Amazon EU performance from a commercial and strategic perspective.

Your mission will be to improve gross and net profitability, strengthen portfolio performance, identify growth opportunities, challenge internal and external teams, and define clear action plans that help elevate NEELO and Wrappybag to the next level.

### ⏰ Working Conditions

– Full-time position
– 100% remote within Europe
– Candidates must be based in a European timezone, preferably CET or within a maximum ±1 hour difference
– Ability to travel to the office in France 4+ times per year for strategic workshops and team meetings
– ❗ French is mandatory!
– Professional English proficiency is required, minimum B2 level

### 🔍 Requirements

**🔹 Amazon EU Brand Management Experience**

– Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon-native brands generating more than €1 million in annual revenue
– Strong experience with Amazon EU marketplaces
– Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence on Amazon
– Strong expertise with Amazon Seller Central and the Amazon ecosystem
– Experience with Amazon FBA, inventory logic, logistics, and marketplace operations from a business management perspective

**🔹 Languages**

– ❗ French is mandatory!
– Native or fluent French is strongly preferred
– Professional English proficiency, minimum B2 level

**🔹 Data-Driven & Business-Oriented Mindset**

– Experience working with tools such as Asana, Slack, Helium 10, Sellerboard, and similar platforms

### 📌 Responsibilities

**🔸 Commercial Strategy & P&L Management**

– Own and manage the gross and net profitability of the product portfolio
– Maintain a deep understanding of margins at the ASIN level
– Analyze sales, profitability, market trends, and competitive dynamics
– Lead regular performance reviews across P&L, sales, profitability, market share, and portfolio performance
– Define and execute pricing strategy based on profitability, competition, and market positioning
– Define and execute the promotional calendar, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, Best Deals, and other Amazon promotions

**🔸 Portfolio & Growth Management**

– Manage the product portfolio from a business performance perspective
– Identify growth opportunities across Amazon EU5 and 3PX
– Evaluate portfolio priorities based on margin, sales velocity, market potential, and business impact
– Anticipate sales velocity and collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize inventory levels and product availability
– Identify issues, risks, and opportunities, challenge the relevant teams, and define clear action plans
– Participate in new product launches, including launch preparation, go-to-market coordination, and post-launch performance management on Amazon

**🔸 Amazon EU Performance Management**

– Demonstrate strong expertise with Amazon Seller Central and the broader Amazon ecosystem
– Use Amazon KPIs and marketplace economics to guide decision-making
– Monitor overall brand performance across European marketplaces
– Ensure that commercial decisions are aligned with profitability, cash flow, and long-term brand growth

**🔸 Leadership & Stakeholder Management**

– Manage and challenge key strategic partners, including PPC agencies or managers, data analysts, creative teams, and other internal or external contributors
– Evaluate advertising performance and ensure marketing investments contribute positively to profitability
– Coordinate internal and external resources to support business growth
– Collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Catalog, PPC, Data, and Creative teams to ensure strong execution of the commercial strategy
