🎯 Mission of the Role
As Operations Manager, you will be the #2 at this company – not on paper, but for real. You’ll own every operational system, every process, every meeting, every deadline, and the daily output of your direct reports.

Within 90 days, the founder should be able to step away from day-to-day operations entirely. You make that possible by actually owning it – not checking boxes and waiting to be told what to do next.
