Wholesale Amazon Account Manager
We’re looking for an Amazon Account Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day Seller Central operations, with a primary focus on the Wholesale model.
You will be responsible for maintaining account health, improving profitability, and building efficient, scalable processes in collaboration with the COO and analytics team.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon experience
• Strong Wholesale background (Private Label is a plus)
• Confident use of Seller Central (FBA/FBM, case management, inventory control)
• Experience with repricing tools and profitability tracking
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience working with flat files
• English level: B2 or higher
Responsibilities
• Manage daily Seller Central operations (FBA & FBM)
• Maintain account health, resolve violations, and handle Seller Support cases
• Manage pricing strategy and Buy Box performance
• Track and recover reimbursements
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Oversee shipments and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze profitability (Sellerboard or similar tools)
• Optimize listings and ensure compliance with Amazon policies
• Support expansion into US / MX / EU marketplaces
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
• Work with supplier documentation and keep primary documents well organized
