TikTok Shop Manager
We’re launching TikTok Shop as a service line and need someone who’s done this before — not learning on the job. You’ll own TikTok Shop execution for our first 1–2 agency clients, with a clear path to managing more as the channel grows.
You’re not operating in a vacuum. You’ll have support from our creative and ops team. What we need from you is channel expertise, accountability, and the ability to move fast in a client-facing environment.
Success at 3 months: shop(s) are live, affiliate/creator pipeline is active, and early sales data is informing a clear optimization strategy.
Success at 6 months: measurable GMV growth, efficient ad spend, and a repeatable playbook we can scale across new clients.
This is a contractor role. Compensation includes a base retainer plus performance incentives tied to client results.
Requirements
2+ years managing TikTok Shop, including at least one US market launch
Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager (VSA, Spark Ads, GMV Max)
Experience sourcing and briefing US-based UGC creators
Comfortable working in EST time zone overlap (core hours ~10am–4pm EST)
Strong written English for creator outreach and client-facing communication
Self-directed — you manage your own workload without hand-holding
Responsibilities
Set up and manage TikTok Shop accounts for agency clients
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Video Shopping Ads, Spark Ads, GMV Max)
Build and manage a creator/affiliate pipeline — sourcing, briefing, feedback loops
Coordinate with our internal creative and ops team on content and logistics
Report on performance weekly with clear metrics: GMV, ROAS, affiliate activity, conversion
Develop a repeatable TikTok Shop playbook as we onboard new clients
Would be a plus
Experience using TikTok Shop to drive traffic and improve Amazon BSR rankings
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and how the two channels interact
Experience managing TikTok Shop across multiple clients or brands simultaneously
Understanding of anti-detect/proxy infrastructure for US market access (if operating outside US)

Starting retainer: $1,500–$2,500/month based on experience
