Senior Amazon PPC Manager
We are looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Manager who will manage a small group of client accounts and be responsible for improving their advertising performance through thoughtful strategy, precise execution, and transparent communication.
This position requires strong ownership and a hands-on approach. Rather than simply performing routine optimizations, you will be expected to develop clear strategic viewpoints, explain your reasoning, and make informed decisions that balance growth, profitability, and long-term competitiveness.
Requirements
This position is a good fit if you:
• Have 4+ years of experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns
• Possess deep knowledge of the Amazon Ads ecosystem and understand current best practices
• Are capable of thinking beyond daily optimizations and building long-term growth strategies
• Have advanced Google Sheets skills and are comfortable working with structured data analysis and reporting
• Communicate confidently and clearly in English (both written and spoken)
• Are intellectually curious, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems with structured thinking
Responsibilities
• Manage 3–5 client accounts with guidance from your Team Lead
• Drive account performance aligned with profitability, ranking, and growth objectives
• Provide clients with clear communication about strategy, actions, and next steps
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Handle budget allocation, bid adjustments, targeting strategy, search term analysis, and campaign restructuring
• Create and maintain reports that focus on key insights rather than excessive metrics
• Utilize Scale Insights and other platforms to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance
• Maintain organized documentation, campaign logic, and internal notes
• Raise potential issues or trade-offs early when circumstances change
• Share insights and lessons learned with the team to continuously improve overall performance
