Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Amazon Marketing Agency (Remote) Full-Time | Remote | $3,000/month Base + Performance Incentives
We’re looking for a sharp, hungry SDR who knows Amazon inside and out and can turn cold prospects into qualified, booked meetings with confidence.
The Role As an SDR at The Amazon Whisperer, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound sales operation. You’ll work a mix of cold outreach and warm lead follow-up — researching prospects, identifying pain points, and booking qualified discovery calls for our closing team. This isn’t a script-reading role. You’ll need to actually understand Amazon, speak a seller’s language, and earn the meeting.
Requirements
Previous experience in B2B outbound sales, cold calling, and appointment setting
Hands-on knowledge of Amazon — including PPC, SEO, and common catalog/listing challenges
Extremely fluent in English, both written and spoken — no exceptions
Strong communicator who can hold a conversation, handle objections, and build rapport fast
Comfortable using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot
Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed in a remote environment
Available to work 9am–5pm EST
Responsibilities
Outbound Dialing & ProspectingWork structured lead lists through cold calling and warm follow-up sequences
Reach out to inbound leads from lead magnets, email campaigns, and other marketing channels
Execute pre-call warm-up sequences via email and LinkedIn before dialing
Lead Research & QualificationResearch prospects directly in Amazon Seller Central to identify performance gaps, listing issues, and growth opportunities
Qualify leads on the call against defined criteria before booking meetings
Ensure only high-quality, sales-ready leads reach the closing team
Appointment SettingBook qualified discovery calls with brand owners, founders, and marketing decision-makers
Own show rates — follow up, confirm, and reduce no-shows
CRM ManagementLog all activity, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot accurately and consistently
Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and follow up with precision
Would be a plus
