We are looking for a Growth Partner—a high-energy, results-oriented professional to join our global team. In this role, you won’t just manage accounts; you’ll become a trusted advisor, turning complex data into winning strategies and shaping the future of e-commerce for our clients.
🔍 The Ideal Profile
We need someone who balances analytical rigor with exceptional communication. You should be “carismatic and amazing” when talking to clients, keeping them informed, inspired, and confident in the growth strategies you execute.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in B2B strategic sales or growth consulting, specifically within e-commerce and marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart etc.).
Data Mastery: Advanced skills in data analysis, with a “black belt” in Google Sheets to drive business decisions.
Open to use Hubstaff
Communication: Fluent English (C1 level) with outstanding verbal and written skills. You must be comfortable and proactive in constant client interaction.
Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, growth best practices, and the ability to execute complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
E-commerce Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Amazon and other e-commerce channels to critically address 80% of client opportunities while leveraging internal resources for complex technical issues.
Digital Proficiency: Master online collaboration and project management tools (Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Power BI) to ensure all deliverables meet high standards and deadlines.
Strategic Storytelling & Persuasion: Go beyond basic communication to craft compelling narratives that explain the “what” and the “so what,” persuading stakeholders and securing buy-in for strategic plans.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal team members to drive retention and foster a collaborative work environment.
Account Growth & Performance: Proactively identify and execute strategies to scale client accounts, ensuring consistent business expansion.
Client Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact through regular meetings and status updates, keeping clients informed on progress and project health.
