E-Commerce Designer (Part-Time)
We are looking for a conversion-focused E-Commerce Designer who understands that design is a commercial tool.
Your role is to create visuals that increase CTR, improve conversion rate, and strengthen brand perception across Amazon, paid media, and owned channels.
This is a part-time position for someone structured, fast, and comfortable working with performance feedback.
Requirements
π§Ύ Strong portfolio of performance-driven assets (Amazon listings, PDP visuals, ads, landing creatives)
π€ Experience using AI tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows
π§° Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
π Understanding of conversion principles and performance metrics
π§ Ability to iterate based on data and testing results
π High attention to detail and brand consistency
π§© Comfortable working independently in a remote team

β’ Banners, landing visuals, promotional sections, email creatives
π£ Static Ad Creatives
β’ High-performing assets for Meta, Google, TikTok
π§² Thumbnail & CTR Optimization
β’ Scroll-stopping visuals optimized for paid and organic traffic
π¨ Brand Alignment
β’ Maintain visual consistency across channels
π Creative Iteration
β’ Analyze engagement metrics and improve assets accordingly
π₯ Trend & Platform Awareness
β’ Stay aligned with marketplace and ad platform best practices
Work conditions
