As Director of Amazon Performance & Client Strategy, you will take executive ownership of strategic direction across key accounts and lead senior client relationships.

Requirements
🔸 6–10+ years of Amazon advertising experience (agency preferred)
🔸 Managed large-scale ad budgets ($1M+ monthly)
🔸 Strong expertise across Amazon PPC, DSP, and attribution frameworks
🔸 Experience advising founders, C-level executives, and brand owners
🔸 Strategic thinker beyond ACOS — margin, lifecycle value, ranking defense
🔸 Experience leading senior performance teams
🔸 Builder mindset with strong ownership mentality
Responsibilities
🔹 Executive Client Ownership
• Senior strategic lead for top-tier accounts
• Escalation point for complex commercial decisions
• Join high-level client discussions to reset strategy or protect relationships
• Balance growth ambition with profitability discipline
🔹 Advertising Strategy Framework
• Own and evolve the agency-wide Amazon performance methodology
• Define principles for budget allocation, experimentation, and scaling
• Standardize approach to ranking, defense, and market expansion
• Convert insights into repeatable, scalable systems
🔹 Leadership & Quality Control
• Mentor and develop Team Leads
• Ensure consistent strategic quality across accounts
• Challenge underperformance and misaligned execution
• Drive clarity, structure, and accountability within the department
Work conditions
