Creative Growth Lead
We are looking for a Creative Growth Lead to build and manage the creative content engine for a fast-growing D2C skincare brand.
This role is focused on creating content that drives attention, trust, conversions, and revenue across TikTok Shop, paid ads, organic social, UGC, Amazon video ads, and other growth channels.
The ideal candidate understands how to turn customer pain points, product benefits, reviews, and market trends into strong creative ideas, scripts, briefs, and performance-driven content.
Requirements
D2C ecommerce experience is required
Experience working with physical consumer products
Experience writing paid ad scripts
Strong understanding of Meta creative testing
Strong understanding of TikTok, UGC, and short-form video content
Experience managing UGC creators and video editors
Ability to turn customer pain points, objections, reviews, and product benefits into creative angles
Understanding of content that converts, not only content that looks good
High level of autonomy, ownership, and proactivity
Ability to move fast while maintaining quality
Comfortable being measured by performance and results
Fluent or strong conversational English
Responsibilities
Build weekly and monthly creative plans for paid ads, organic social, TikTok Shop, Amazon video ads, UGC, advertorials, and listicles.
Write and improve scripts for Meta ads, TikTok ads, Amazon video ads, short-form videos, and AI-assisted UGC content.
Create a scalable TikTok Shop content system, including creator briefs, affiliate-style videos, product education content, and conversion-focused short-form assets.
Manage the UGC workflow: brief creators, review raw footage, give feedback to editors, and make sure ideas are turned into strong final assets.
Work closely with the media buyer to understand which creatives perform, what needs to be improved, and what should be tested next.
Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, scripting, competitor analysis, creative testing, and content production.

TikTok Shop experience
Amazon video ads experience
Experience with advertorials and listicles
Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
Experience working with US, UK, or Canadian markets
Understanding of compliance-sensitive product categories
