Business Development Manager — Amazon Europe
TreeJAR is launching on Amazon.de in May 2026 and is looking for someone who knows European Amazon marketplaces inside out. Your mission: take the German channel from launch to €50K/month, then assess and expand to UK, FR, IT, ES. This is not a role for a beginner — we need someone who has done this before and has the numbers to prove it.
Requirements
– Proven results on Amazon Europe (DE, UK, FR or other) — real cases with numbers
– Full command of Seller Central: account health, compliance, case escalation, FBA operations
– Understanding of PPC metrics and unit economics (margins, not just revenue)
– Product research skills: spot market gaps, validate demand, coordinate with suppliers
– Experience with FBA inventory management and inbound logistics
– Fluent English; German is a strong plus
– Independent and accountable — owns results without micromanagement
– Willingness to conduct an account audit at the start and present a clear action plan
Responsibilities
– Launch Amazon.de and grow it to €50K/month: account health, listings, PPC, case management
– Assess potential of UK, FR, IT, ES and recommend where to expand next
– Build and optimise German-language listings: A+ pages, SEO copy that converts
– Handle buyer reviews and inquiries, address negative feedback, maintain account rating
– Manage FBA inventory, stock forecasting, and inbound logistics
– Identify new product opportunities; work with factories and suppliers when needed
– Report weekly to Head of E-commerce with clear numbers and analysis

– Experience scaling across multiple European marketplaces
– Hands-on experience reducing return rates in European markets
