B2B Partnership Development Manager
Your mission is to develop and scale our U.S. B2B sales channel from the ground up.
You will take ownership of client acquisition, relationship development, deal negotiation, and long-term account growth. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue expansion and market positioning.
You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, and leadership to ensure seamless client experience and profitable partnerships.
Requirements
🔸 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the U.S. market
🔸 Experience in home goods, consumer products, retail distribution, or hospitality supply
🔸 Strong English communication skills (negotiations, presentations, written proposals)
🔸 Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
🔸 Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
🔸 Experience working with CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
🔸 Understanding of U.S. B2B sales cycles and commercial expectations
🔸 Independent, structured approach with strong ownership mindset
🔸 Long-term relationship focus rather than transactional selling
Responsibilities
🔹 Identify and engage new B2B clients across retail chains, hospitality groups, distributors, and design-focused businesses
🔹 Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure and account management
🔹 Conduct virtual presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate contract terms
🔹 Build long-term partnerships and identify upselling opportunities
🔹 Maintain CRM accuracy and track KPIs such as conversion rates and deal value
🔹 Analyze competitor positioning and provide insights for pricing and packaging strategy
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and strong client experience
🔹 Contribute to the development of B2B market entry and expansion strategy
🔹 Represent the company at trade shows and industry events when needed
