Amazon PPC Brand Manager
Amazonia PPC is looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Brand Manager to join our team and help scale established DTC brands with 7- and 8-figure revenue into category leaders on Amazon.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys Amazon advertising, thinks strategically, and takes ownership of results. We are looking for a person who sees beyond day-to-day campaign management and approaches each account like a true growth partner to the client.
In this position, you will be responsible for driving performance across a portfolio of Amazon accounts through advanced PPC optimization, SQP analysis, keyword harvesting, strategic testing, and continuous account improvement. Success in this role means consistently hitting performance targets, identifying growth opportunities, improving contribution margins, and delivering clear, proactive communication to clients.
You will work closely with clients, provide weekly performance updates, respond quickly to ongoing needs, and solve issues before they escalate. Internally, you will also contribute to process improvements, help document repeatable workflows, and actively participate in team discussions focused on strategy, insights, and problem-solving.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience managing Amazon Ads for brands with 7- to 8-figure revenue, strong technical knowledge of Amazon PPC metrics and strategies, a solid understanding of Amazon SEO, and excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, accountable, and committed to high standards of execution.
At Amazonia PPC, we value autonomy, responsibility, and direct feedback. There is no micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy — just a high-performance environment where strong work is recognized and your impact is visible from day one.
If you have a proven track record of profitably scaling Amazon accounts and want to work with a team that takes Amazon growth seriously, we’d love to hear from you.
