Amazon PPC Brand Manager
About the role
This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with an established Amazon advertising agency, take ownership of client results, and become a trusted part of the team. We are looking for someone who can own their work, think critically, spot problems before they become bigger issues, and bring solutions.

A big part of this role involves analyzing Amazon advertising performance, identifying wasted spend, finding growth opportunities, and turning numbers into clear actions.

Responsibilities
– Analyzing Amazon advertising performance
– Identifying wasted ad spend
– Finding growth opportunities
– Turning data into clear, actionable decisions

– Following established processes while also suggesting improvements
– Dedicating 30 minutes daily to learning something new about Amazon PPC (mandatory)

For the right person, this role can grow into a senior account manager, Amazon PPC strategist, team lead, or operations role as the agency continues to grow. Every team member is obliged to dedicate 30 minutes at the start of each day to learning something new about Amazon PPC through YouTube videos.
This is a full-time, monthly salary-based position. Working hours are 9am-5pm Serbia time. If you’re outside of Serbia, you should have at least 4-6 hours of overlap with our time zone.
Work conditions
