Amazon Inventory & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Amazon Inventory & Operations Coordinator who can independently manage supply chain workflows, improve operational visibility, and prevent inventory disruptions.
You will work directly with the Operations Director, overseas manufacturers, freight partners, and accounting to ensure smooth inventory movement and reliable execution.
This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, organization, and building repeatable systems.
Requirements
🔸 3–4+ years of Amazon FBA logistics / supply chain experience
🔸 Strong Seller Central knowledge (shipping plans, FBA workflows, reimbursements)
🔸 Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL warehouses
🔸 Advanced Google Sheets or Excel (tracking systems, forecasting support)
🔸 Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
🔸 Independent, solution-oriented communication style
🔸 Ability to improve and structure processes proactively
Responsibilities
🔹 Inventory Planning & Monitoring
• Maintain accurate tracking of in-stock, in-transit, and warehouse inventory
• Support forecasting using sales velocity and supplier lead times
• Flag potential stock risks early and suggest corrective actions
🔹 Supplier & PO Coordination
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor production timelines
• Coordinate labeling, packaging, and compliance requirements
• Track milestones and ensure deadlines are met
🔹 Shipping & Inbound Management
• Create and manage FBA shipment plans
• Coordinate freight bookings and documentation with partners
• Monitor ETD/ETA timelines and delivery confirmations
• Maintain shipment logs and operational dashboards
🔹 Documentation & Cost Tracking
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, carton details)
• Support landed cost calculations with finance
• Maintain structured digital documentation
🔹 Process Optimization
• Improve inventory tracking systems
• Build clearer workflows between suppliers, freight, and internal team
• Suggest automation or simplification opportunities
