💰 Compensation & Growth

🔹Trial (3 months): $2,000–$2,500 base.

🔹After trial: $1,500 base + 5–10% of gross profit from each new product (across all sales channels, not just Amazon) for 18 months after launch.

🔹No cap — successful managers can earn $5,000–$10,000+ per month.

🔹Direct growth into Head of Product R&D as you build and scale your team.
